Have your speakers log into the Conference Harvester to complete their profiles and submit their presentation using an interactive task list.
Once speakers upload their presentations, they can record audio for each slide using a headset or computer microphone.
"WVC has been using a conference app for five years, but the product Cadmium provided allowed us to expand the app's functionality. We included a gaming feature for our exhibit hall and session notes downloads within the app. These features resulted in additional adoption of the app by attendees. Staff time to build the app was reduced because much of the content was integrated with Harvester. Digital attendees can log into the eventScribe App or Website, where presentation slides and audio that speakers uploaded via the Conference Harvester are now available.
While attendees are listening to the presentation in the eventScribe App, they can take notes, draw, and highlight right on the slides.
